APPAC Meets with Senator Lindsey Graham

We are grateful to Senator Lindsey Graham, a longtime friend and supporter of APPAC, who met with our community and vowed to advocate for a stronger relationship between Pakistan and the United States. Senator Graham will work with Democratic leadership to secure a free trade agreement between Pakistan and the United States and present the recommendation to Secretary Blinken.
Senator Graham encouraged APPAC to continue our civic engagement efforts with the Pakistani-American community, and urged us to get involved in all aspects of the political process, engaging both Democrats and Republicans leaders at the local, state, and federal level. Senator Graham’s remarks reminded us the importance of getting involved, and encouraging our community to do the same.
Thank you to Senator Lindsey Graham, for supporting APPAC’s advocacy priorities and for his continued commitment to our community, here and abroad.
